Zusammenfassung

Jack is seeking a Founding Product & GTM Lead in San Francisco to define ICPs, craft the go-to-market strategy, and build the initial customer pipeline, closing early commercial and data licensing deals.

Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will collaborate with engineering and research to translate customer needs into product priorities, develop compelling demos, and establish a repeatable GTM playbook as the company scales.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of product, product strategy, or GTM experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial software, CAD/CAE/PLM, aerospace, defense, or a related technical industry.
• Proven experience building or scaling GTM, including defining ICPs and winning early customers.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to close complex commercial deals.
• Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Onshape, or Fusion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• High-growth startup experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days/week
