Job summary

Jack, an ambitious early-stage consumer AI company, is seeking a Founding Growth operator to partner with the co-founder and turn early GTM into a repeatable national growth engine. You will lead city launches, develop a scalable playbook, and drive partnerships, creator programs, and multi-channel growth initiatives.

You’ll own launch plans, budgets, timelines, and metrics, while collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience in growth, GTM, or GTM operations
• Direct experience driving consumer mobile growth, ideally at a Series A–B startup or similarly high-growth consumer company
• Experience owning GTM, growth, or operational workstreams end-to-end
• Experience launching new cities, markets, or geographies is highly valued
• Experience building and scaling repeatable GTM playbooks
• Strong GTM strategy development and execution skills
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with growth metrics
• Experience with data analysis and operational modeling
• Experience with partnerships, creators/UGC, local activations, acquisition channels, budgets, or launch timelines
• Founder/operator mindset with a strong bias toward action and shipping
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and create structure without a detailed playbook
• Comfortable remaining a hands-on individual contributor
• Consumer tech, marketplace, dating, social, or mobile-app experience is especially relevant
• Early-stage startup, consulting, or investment banking experience can be valuable when paired with direct growth experience
• Degree from a top-tier university preferred
• Evidence of sustained ownership in previous roles, ideally 1+ year in relevant positions
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
• Must be able to work in-office 5 days per week in Cow Hollow
• Must be willing to travel for multi-week launch sprints

Responsibilities

• Build and refine a repeatable GTM playbook for new-city launches
• Own launch planning, budgets, timelines, priorities, and execution
• Build and manage local partnerships
• Manage or oversee UGC creators and creator programs
• Coordinate digital and on-ground consumer growth initiatives
• Support local activations and creative campaigns
• Track acquisition and city-level growth metrics
• Analyze performance and determine what should be scaled, changed, or stopped
• Build systems and processes that make each launch more efficient
• Translate creative growth ideas into structured execution plans
• Work closely with product, engineering, creative, and leadership
• Travel with the team for approximately 2–3 week launch sprints in new markets
