Job summary

Kabilah is hiring a Founding Engineer (Product) to build software nurses rely on across shifts. You'll design production systems that run in safety-critical settings and deliver seamless experiences on mobile and web.

As one of the first engineers, you set technical direction, partner with hospital leaders, and translate real-world feedback into product improvements. You will work across frontend, backend, and mobile, shaping the engineering culture from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience building production software.
• Experience building modern web or mobile apps used by real customers.
• Experience with modern application frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to travel periodically to customer sites and company offsites.

Responsibilities

• Build the products powering nurses' workflows in safety-critical settings.
• Design and ship intuitive mobile and web applications for clinicians.
• Own product architecture, performance, and user experience across the platform.
• Build integrations with clinical systems for seamless experiences.
• Collaborate with hospital executives and frontline clinicians for feedback.
