Job summary

Elsevier seeks a Senior Product Manager, ClinicalKey Nursing, to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of platform capabilities for nurses. You will align AI-enabled experiences with engineering, UX, and clinical teams to create cohesive, scalable workflows across the nursing ecosystem.

You will translate customer insights into actionable specifications, drive adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and market success.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, with 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align customer needs with technical and business priorities.
• Strong analytical skills using product metrics and customer insights to drive decisions.
• Healthcare technology, clinical workflows, learning platforms, or education technology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP Product and other leaders on strategic vision informed by customer research and market insights.
• Create and execute a roadmap for a cohesive experience across multiple nursing products.
• Define platform capabilities for navigation, personalization, and usability across the Nursing ecosystem.
• Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
• Define platform architecture including APIs, authentication, and shared services to enable product collaboration.
• Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development translating needs into clear specifications.
• Partner with engineering, UX, and content teams to ensure solutions meet customer workflows and regulatory needs.
