• Ability to translate customer workflows into product strategy.
• Influence across cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
• Strong technical acumen with APIs and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP Product on strategic vision and roadmap.
• Define platform capabilities to improve navigation, discovery, personalization, administration, and usability.
• Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback and AI-assisted tools.
• Lead AI-first product development translating needs into clear specifications.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and content teams to ensure regulatory compliance and market delivery.
• Define success metrics and evaluate ecosystem performance.
