Job summary

Elsevier is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Nurse Readiness ecosystem. Lead AI-first development, translate customer workflows into product strategy, and connect multiple nursing products into seamless experiences with engineering, UX, and AI teams.

Report to the VP of Product and shape the enterprise nursing workspace. You will partner with clinical, content, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that improve workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, with 8+ years in product management.
Experience building platform products, enterprise software ecosystems, or integrated experiences.
Strong strategic thinking across multiple products while balancing customer needs and tech constraints.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and align multiple product organizations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with VP Product to define strategic vision and market-informed roadmaps.
Create cohesive experiences across nursing products and portfolios.
