Job summary

Finta is hiring a Founding Partnerships Lead to build our partner program from zero. You’ll own accelerators, platforms, and the outbound engine, taking founders from first touch to close while aligning with GTM goals and product direction.

You’ll work directly with the founder here in San Francisco, building credibility in the startup ecosystem and shaping how Finta becomes the go-to finance platform for early-stage companies through strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build the partner program: offer, tiering, landing pages, and attribution tracking
• Run outbound to founders in each partner accelerator, from first touch to close
• Get Finta into accelerator perk lists and resource pages
• Work with platforms on co-marketing, events, and joint outreach
• Carry a number: a target share of each accelerator’s companies on Finta
• Build the partnerships playbook
