Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within crypto/fintech.
• Established, working relationships with decision-makers at major crypto/fintech institutions.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships end-to-end.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, custody, on/off-ramps, and regulatory considerations.
• Able to build the partnerships function from zero and define processes.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute a partnerships strategy connecting Index Industries to fintech/blockchain providers and exchanges.
• Originate, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with commercial terms and go-to-market alignment.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for key partners across business, product, legal, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities (liquidity, custody, on/off-ramps, stablecoin settlement, listings) to drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to structure commercially sound deals.
• Represent Index Industries at industry events to build ecosystem standing.
• Report to the CEO on pipeline, deal economics, and market feedback; shape company strategy.
• Build the partnerships function from the ground up, including processes, templates, and CRM.
