Hedge is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to build and own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms that create durable, two-sided value.

This role may be based in San Francisco or remote within the United States, with base salary of $120K-$250K and equity between 0.25%-1.25%. You will shape Hedge's distribution, partnerships, and operating cadence to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy
• Source, negotiate, launch, and grow agency-network partnerships
• Build technology, data, and distribution alliances with clear customer value
• Create partner economics, launch plans, and governance
• Coordinate product, legal, operations, and go-to-market work to enable partnerships
• Build a repeatable pipeline and operating cadence, not logos
