Job summary

Hedge Specialty is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to create alliances that expand distribution, capabilities, and reach. You will own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms to create durable, two-sided value.

Base salary is $120K-$250K with equity between 0.25%-1.25%. This role may be based in San Francisco or remote within the United States, with regular travel for partner work expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy
• Source, negotiate, launch, and grow agency-network and association partnerships
• Build technology, data, distribution, and program alliances that create customer value
• Create partner economics, launch plans, success metrics, and governance
• Coordinate product, legal, operations, and go-to-market activities to make partnerships real
• Build a repeatable pipeline and operating cadence, not just a logos collection
