Hedge seeks a founding growth operator to build the systems turning market opportunity into repeatable revenue. This hands-on leader moves from analysis to campaigns to operating processes without waiting for a large team.

Based in San Francisco, you will own dashboards, attribution, and a scalable growth cadence, partnering with sales, product, and markets to convert insights into action and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to design and run experiments to drive growth.
• Bias toward shipping and executing in a fast‑paced, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Build the growth data model, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadence.
• Design and run acquisition, activation, and expansion experiments.
• Create lifecycle programs for agencies, prospects, and dormant opportunities.
• Improve lead routing, enrichment, segmentation, and conversion across the funnel.
• Partner with sales, product, and markets to turn insight into execution.
• Document the playbooks that let a small team scale.
