Job summary

Hedge is hiring a founding Head of Partnerships to create the alliances that expand our distribution, capabilities, and reach. You will own strategic relationships with agency networks, associations, technology providers, data partners, and other platforms that can create durable, two-sided value.

You will develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy, source, negotiate, launch, and grow partnerships, and build technology, data, distribution alliances.

Qualifications

• Map the partner landscape and define a ranked strategy.
• Advance a focused pipeline with clear value propositions and economics.
• Launch or advance the first high-value partnership.
• Create a portfolio of partnerships that produces distribution, product, or data advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy.
• Source, negotiate, launch, and grow agency-network and association partnerships.
• Build technology, data, distribution, and program alliances.
• Create partner economics, launch plans, governance, and metrics.
• Coordinate product, legal, operations, and go-to-market work for partnerships.
• Build a repeatable pipeline and operating cadence.
