Job summary

Spur, a fast-growing NYC startup, is seeking its first Operations hire to work closely with the CEO and co-founders. You will own the company voice on social channels, help implement GTM strategies, and support sales and marketing efforts while planning events and creating collateral.

This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership across marketing, sales, and operations. You should thrive in ambiguity, be strategically curious, and enjoy storytelling and community building.

• Ability to craft compelling narratives for social channels
• Strategic thinking and curiosity to improve GTM processes
• Storytelling and communication skills across teams
• Strong collaboration and people skills

Responsibilities

• Own and amplify Spur’s voice on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Help execute GTM strategy in partnership with the CEO.
• Source, qualify and nurture high-value leads for the sales funnel.
• Plan events and coordinate logistics to ensure professional appearances at conferences and dinners.
• Build sales decks, marketing one-pagers, and internal docs with design teams.
