Spur is building AI agents to revolutionize ecommerce testing, and we’re seeking a Growth Development Rep to own top-of-funnel growth. This role blends SDR, field marketing, and content creation to tell Spur’s story and accelerate pipeline.

You’ll generate pipeline through intelligent outbound, storytelling, and live event activation. You’ll be the first impression for many prospects—online and in person—setting the tone for how Spur is experienced.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in SDR, growth, or creator-led marketing roles.
• Comfortable on camera and skilled at storytelling.
• Able to craft clever, clear outreach messages and enjoy the hunt.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize high-intent e-commerce and retail brands using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and 6sense.
• Build multi-touch sequences across email, LinkedIn, and Slack Connect to book meetings.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls and hand off to AEs with crisp context.
• Partner with marketing on pre-event campaigns for conferences like ShopTalk and NRF; run booth demos and engage attendees.
