Spur is transforming software testing with AI, backed by top investors. As our first Operations hire, you’ll work directly with the CEO to own high-impact projects across marketing, sales, and GTM strategy.

This is a high-visibility role with scope to shape how Spur operates day-to-day as a foundational member of a fast-growing startup. You’ll help amplify Spur’s voice, execute strategic initiatives, and support a data-driven sales pipeline while building collateral with the design team.

Responsibilities

• Own and amplify Spur’s voice: manage and grow LinkedIn and Twitter, crafting engaging narratives.
• Help execute GTM strategy: partner with the CEO to operationalize initiatives and track progress in customer acquisition.
• Support sales pipeline: source, qualify, and nurture high-value leads to convert interest into impact.
• Run ops behind the scenes: plan events, coordinate logistics, and ensure Spur shows up with polish at conferences or dinners.
• Build collateral: work with design to develop decks, one-pagers, and internal docs to keep the team aligned.
