Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy; a background in education is not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture: Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and actively seek and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Scholar & Family Engagement: Engage and invest families in students’ academic growth, behavior, and overall success through regular, productive communication.
• Content Study and Instruction: Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals; read course texts and complete problems; deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that drives mastery of the content.
• Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement: Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning; reflect honestly on results and improve.
• Classroom Management: Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students; establish routines and expectations for productive learning.
