No education background is required; we provide training, tools, and world-class coaching to thrive in the classroom. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and you must be able to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture: collaborate with colleagues and leaders, apply feedback to improve instruction and student outcomes.
• Scholar & Family Engagement: engage families in students’ academic growth and build trusting relationships.
• Content study and instruction: deeply study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous instruction.
• Evaluation, assessment, and continuous improvement: analyze student work, reflect, and improve practice.
• Classroom Management: lead a classroom of 25+ students with routines and high expectations.
