Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools in Miami seeks founding teachers to launch a new Florida campus with the same joyful, rigorous, high-expectations model that defines our NYC network.

You don’t need a background in education to start here. You will be trained, coached, and supported as you help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one. Bilingual Spanish/English required; in-person work in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before first day of work
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth and build strong relationships with students and a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and high expectations.
• Study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals; deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students; establish routines and expectations for a productive learning environment.
