Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture — collaborate with leaders and apply feedback to improve instruction and outcomes.
• Scholar & Family Engagement — communicate with families and build trusting relationships with students.
• Content Study and Instruction — study SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement — review student work and data, reflect and improve.
• Classroom Management — lead 25+ student classroom with strong routines and high expectations.
