You will help build SA Florida from day one, shaping culture, routines, and academic excellence while receiving world-class coaching and benefits. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders; apply feedback to improve instruction and outcomes.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth through regular communication.
• Study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
• Review student work and data; adjust practices and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead a classroom of 25+ students with consistent routines for learning.
