Success Academy Charter Schools is hiring for its founding Miami team of teachers. No education background is required; we provide training and coaching to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

As a founding teacher in Florida, you will help establish culture, routines, and academic excellence from day one, engaging families and delivering rigorous instruction with high expectations in a joyful, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and actively seek and apply feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Serve as an ambassador of SA’s Adult Winning Culture by demonstrating professionalism, excellence, ownership, and an unwavering focus on preparing students for success in school, college, and life.
• Engage and invest families in students’ academic growth, behavior, and overall success through regular, productive communication.
• Deeply study the SA curriculum, assignments, and learning goals; deliver rigorous instruction that drives mastery of the content.
• Regularly study student work and assessment data to evaluate learning and implement improvements.
