Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required before first day, background in education not required.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

Ambassador of SA Winning Adult Culture by demonstrating professionalism, excellence, ownership, and an unwavering focus on preparing students for success in school, college, and life.
Scholar & Family Engagement through regular, productive communication with families and strong relationships with students.
Content Study and Instruction: deeply study the SA curriculum and deliver rigorous, engaging instruction.
Evaluation, Assessment, and Continuous Improvement: regularly study student work and assessment data to drive improvements.
Classroom Management: lead and manage a classroom of 25+ students with routines and high expectations.
