Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day of work; background in education not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in person in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders and actively seek feedback to strengthen instruction and student outcomes.
• Serve as an ambassador of Success Academy’s culture, professionalism, ownership, and high expectations.
• Engage families in students’ academic growth through regular, productive communication.
• Build strong relationships with students and foster a classroom culture of joy, rigor, and excellence.
• Deliver rigorous instruction, study SA curriculum, and assess learning to drive mastery.
• Lead classroom management for 25+ students with consistent routines and expectations.
