Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Director of Onboarding & Enablement to own the end-to-end new customer implementation experience for its Single Event lien resolution product line. You will build and govern the training library, knowledge base, and video tutorials to scale onboarding across customers.

Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will define onboarding frameworks, paths for standard/pilot/custom engagements, and the competency ramp for Customer Success and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, education, or enablement within B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Proven experience building an onboarding or implementation program from scratch or rebuilding with measurable results.
• Hands-on content creation across knowledge bases, videos, decks, and training curricula.
• Experience driving adoption of a customer-facing portal or platform.
• Proven ability to run programs across teams with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Founding function ownership experience and ability to set priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new customer implementation experience from signed agreement to steady state.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, and Product Support for a consistent customer experience.
• Define onboarding paths by package and segment, including pilots and custom engagements.
• Identify and intervene on at-risk onboardings using root cause analysis to improve design.
• Partner with stakeholders to surface risks early and align onboarding with portfolio health.
• Create and maintain external knowledge base, tutorial videos, one-pagers, and training decks with governance.
