Job summary

Opiniion is seeking a Director of Customer Enablement in Lehi, Utah, to lead onboarding, training, support, and review operations. You will shape the organization, define workflows, and build an onsite and offshore team structure that scales with the company.

You will own hiring, establish performance systems, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to improve the customer experience while driving AI-enabled service delivery where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of leadership across customer enablement, onboarding, training, support or related service ops.
• Proven success scaling customer-facing teams through growth and leadership bench.
• Experience leading across multiple connected customer-facing functions.
• Strong track record establishing operational rigor with SOPs, QA, SLAs, scorecards.
• Experience managing distributed or offshore staff with time-zone accountability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
