Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer onboarding or related fields in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience building onboarding programs.
• Hands-on content creation experience across multiple formats.
• Proven ability to operate as a founding function owner.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end new customer implementation experience.
• Run onboarding coordinating across multiple teams.
• Define and maintain onboarding paths for different engagements.
• Surface implementation risk early and enhance onboarding.
• Create and maintain customer-facing knowledge base.
