Air is hiring a founding GTM Systems lead to architect the tech stack powering our go-to-market organization. You will own the Salesforce-centered data model, integrations, and governance while shaping how Air scales from ARR growth to future milestones.

You will lead lifecycle tooling from marketing attribution to CPQ and deal desk, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, CS, Data, and Finance. Expect AI-native workflows, robust change management, and a focus on scalable, reliable systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering or Business Systems; product owner of a CRM.
• Experience shaping a systems roadmap and delivering against it.
• Ability to read and reason about code, APIs and data models.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture of Air's GTM stack with Salesforce at its center.
• Lead builds across marketing attribution, speed-to-lead, CPQ and deal desk.
• Own change management from requirements to adoption with test coverage.
• Maintain a living roadmap aligned with GTM strategy and cross-functional partners.
• Empower GTM Ops with documentation, best practices, and tooling.
