Job summary

Air is seeking a hands-on RevOps engineer to own the GTM technology stack from Salesforce to Planhat and related tools. The role includes architectural work, data modeling, and building automated workflows that scale with three GTM motions.

You will lead integrations and ensure data integrity in a production Salesforce environment. Based in the Arlington, VA area with up to 10% travel, you will partner with Finance, Deal Team, and account leads to translate business needs into technical designs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a related field.
3–5 years building on and administering Salesforce in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Core Salesforce skills: declarative build—Flows, validation rules, security/sharing, page layouts, approvals, data-model design.

Responsibilities

Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end (Salesforce, Planhat, Slack, sales-intelligence tools) and build integrations.
Re-architect Salesforce foundation including account hierarchy, territory management, and deals by type.
Design scalable automation with Flows, validation rules, and approvals; leverage AI/workflow tools to speed operations.
Build and maintain integrations via native connectors, middleware, or APIs; ensure smooth data handoffs.
Lay the groundwork for QPC, booking/order management, and deal governance to scale RevOps.
Own automated data hygiene, de-duplication, and field governance for a reliable system of record.
