Qualifications

• Experience solving ambiguous business problems and translating strategy into execution.
• Experience developing analyses, operating models, or strategic recommendations.
• Comfort working with data and tools like SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop analyses and strategic recommendations to inform resource allocation and growth opportunities.
• Drive high-priority initiatives across provider acquisition, market expansion, segmentation, partnerships, and GTM motions.
• Build operating systems, planning processes, and performance frameworks for the growth org.
• Partner with growth, finance, product, engineering, and leadership to identify opportunities and remove bottlenecks.
• Explore strategic partnerships, new products and services, and expansion into new markets.
