Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy/ops, or growth at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience at MBB consulting or similar firms.

Responsibilities

• Build the product marketing function from zero, creating case studies, sales enablement materials, messaging, and customer personas.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape differentiated positioning across segments.
• Collaborate with sales to understand objections and customer language, translating insights into GTM strategy.
• Own feature launches end-to-end, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Tackle strategic projects like market expansion, partnerships, and pricing as needed.
