Job summary

voize is seeking a Senior Recruiter to launch our US hiring engine from New York. You’ll be the first dedicated TA hire on the ground, joining a five-person US team including our CEO Fabio, shaping how voize hires in the US.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, build a US playbook, manage sourcing and interview logistics, and attend events to grow pipelines. This hybrid NYC role includes stock options and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven ability to build market presence from the ground up with hands-on sourcing and logistics.
• Ability to work hybrid from New York office 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build voize's US hiring playbook, target company lists, revised salary bands, sourcing channels and process.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for US go-to-market roles.
• Own onsite and virtual interview scheduling and logistics end to end.
• Represent voize at industry meetups, conferences and networking events, building a referral engine.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through outreach beyond inbound applications.
