Mistral is building its US GTM hiring engine to scale revenue teams from the ground up. You will partner with CRO, VP Sales, and Customer Success to define role specs and drive end-to-end recruiting for AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and RevOps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including GTM roles in B2B SaaS/infrastructure.
• Proven ability to hire across full GTM stack from SDRs to senior AEs.
• Strong network in US GTM markets, especially AI/ML and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to understand needs, define role specs and map talent.
• Own full-cycle recruitment across all GTM functions from sourcing to close.
• Source candidates in US GTM pools, focusing on AI/ML and enterprise software.
• Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers.
• Drive efficient pipelines and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Standardize interview rubrics and debrief practices across US GTM teams.
