Job summary

voize is seeking a Senior Recruiter to launch our US hiring engine from New York. You’ll be the first dedicated TA hire on the ground, joining a five-person US team including our CEO Fabio, shaping how voize hires in the US.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, build a US playbook, manage sourcing and interview logistics, and attend events to grow pipelines. This hybrid NYC role includes stock options and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech environments.
• Proven ability to build market presence from the ground up with hands-on sourcing and logistics.
• Ability to work hybrid from New York office 3-4 days a week.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for US go-to-market roles.

Location: New York, NY - Hybrid (3-4 days/week onsite at our NYC hub)

Your Mission: Build voize's US hiring engine, one great hire at a time

As Senior Recruiter you'll be voize's first dedicated recruiter on the ground in New York, joining our 5-person US team, including CEO & Co-founder Fabio.

You’ll be the trusted partner hiring Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers; guiding every candidate through a fast, transparent, and deeply human process. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, working directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition, and Fabio our CEO & Co-founder: you’ll shape how voize shows up in the US talent market and lay the foundation for the team that follows.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• You build voize's US hiring playbook, target company lists, revised salary bands, sourcing channels, and process, so future hires inherit a system, not a blank page
• You own full-cycle recruiting for our US go-to-market roles
• You own onsite and virtual interview scheduling and logistics end to end, keeping every process fast, organized, and candidate-friendly
• You represent voize at industry meetups, conferences, and networking events, and build a referral engine, turning genuine relationships into pipeline
• You proactively source and engage best-in-class talent through targeted outreach, not just inbound applications

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Several years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or tech companies, with a strong track record hiring commercial and GTM talent
• Proven ability to build a market presence from the ground up, hands-on with sourcing, scheduling, and logistics as much as strategy, comfortable being the first dedicated TA hire for a new region or office
• Skilled active sourcer who treats outreach, networking, and community building as core to the job
• Confident stakeholder management, able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership, including direct collaboration with founders and executive stakeholders
• Able to work hybrid from our New York office 3-4 days a week

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000, based on experience and qualifications. Final offers may vary within this range and do not include equity or other benefits listed above.
