Job summary

Cozmo is hiring on the commercial team to sell the AI operating system for property claims. You will own revenue from month one, closing enterprise deals with restoration franchisors, TPAs and adjusting firms, while building an outbound machine and writing the playbook for future reps.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, engaging in conferences, pilots, and direct collaboration with founders to ensure live deployment and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years closing B2B deals with verifiable numbers.
• Killer instinct on the phone with documented references.
• Capable of running a product demo and explaining integration points.

Responsibilities

• Own a number from month one: source, run and close enterprise deals with restoration franchisors, TPAs and adjusting firms.
• Cold call, cold email and referrals to build market recognition for Cozmo AI.
• Attend conferences as a pipeline engine before/during/after events.
• Collaborate with the FDE team so what you sell goes live and scales.
• Incorporate win-loss feedback into positioning and product with founders.
• Build the outbound engine: sequences, scripts, battle cards, CRM discipline.
