Job summary

Cozmo is hiring for a high-velocity enterprise sales role on the commercial team, working directly with the founder-CEO. You will take deals from cold outreach to signed SOW, run pilots with our deployed team, and help shape the outbound approach for future hires.

Your success is measured by closed revenue and market visibility. You will build relationships with restoration franchisors, TPAs, and adjusting firms, attending key industry events, and coordinating pilots that scale to production

Qualifications

• 1–6 years closing B2B deals with a verifiable number or founder-level sales of something that did not exist yet.
• Killer instinct on the phone with clear evidence (records or references).
• Able to credibly sell a technical product and explain Xactimate entry to an ops leader.
• Rapid learner in a new industry with the language of property damage.
• Proven hustle: quota history, a startup you founded, or a zero-to-one territory build.

Responsibilities

• Source, run and close enterprise deals with restoration franchisors, TPAs, and adjusting firms.
• Run multi-stakeholder deals: operations, IT, and franchise owners; pilot contracts that expand to production.
