ResiQuant, a Pear VC-backed AI startup, is building autonomous underwriting tools to keep the built world insurable as catastrophe intensity rises. We read broker submissions, virtually inspect buildings, and price risk against carrier guidelines to speed underwriting from days to minutes.

As the founding commercial hire, you will own the revenue engine end-to-end—from identifying target accounts to closing deals in the five- to seven-figure range.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue engine from prospecting to signature.
• Own demand generation, deal velocity, and the operating system components.
• Coordinate with founders and investors; build collateral and outreach that moves opportunities to close.
