Qualifications

• 6–8 years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling to regulated buyers in financial services, collections, insurance or healthcare.
• Proven ability to build pipeline without SDR support.
• Technical fluency to hold the room without an engineer.
• Strong writing for emails, pilot scopes, and mutual action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline and revenue for the first non-founder sales motion at Rifa AI.
• Sell to operations leaders and compliance officers to move deals forward.
• Write the playbook as you learn, documenting objections and playbook updates.
• Scope pilots with measurable success criteria and obtain compliance sign-off.
• Feedback market needs to product by surfacing common objections to founders and engineering.
• Automate low-value tasks to focus on customer engagements.
