Job summary

Jampack AI in New York, NY, is seeking a founding GTM lead to build the sales motion from the ground up. You'll own the sales process from discovery to close and work closely with our GTM engineer and CEO to turn early wins into a repeatable playbook.

The buyers are ops leaders at high-growth CPG brands; you will diagnose their workflows and shape how we describe Jampack across the website, outbound sequences, and marketing content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B sales, account executive, or business development role — ideally selling to operations or supply chain buyers at an early-stage startup.
• You've sold into small-to-mid-market companies with a consultative, operator-first sales approach (not high-volume transactional selling).
• Strong discovery skills — you ask better questions and understand how businesses run.
• Experience building or contributing to a sales playbook and shaping processes early.
• Familiarity with CPG, food & beverage, or supply chain ecosystem is a strong plus.
• Comfort with GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, enrichment) and systems automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
• Build the sales blueprint — document qualifying criteria, objections, discovery frameworks, scripts, and pricing conversations.
• Partner with the GTM engineer and CEO as a three-person unit to define customer signals and feed insights into outbound systems.
• Run discovery to diagnose customer workflows and connect insights to Jampack solutions.
• Shape positioning and messaging across website, outbound sequences, and marketing content.
• Close and expand — cultivate relationships to turn early adopters into advocates.
