GroTech Search is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to turn customer demand into a repeatable commercial motion in New York City. You will work directly with founders and customers to define the sales motion and value delivery around a new category of software, inventing the playbook as you go.
This role requires building the GTM function, pricing, onboarding, pilots, and time-to-value strategies, and shaping product and process based on real customer feedback.
Our client has strong pull from mid-market and enterprise teams, including Tier 1 logos, and is hiring a Founding GTM Lead to turn that pull into a repeatable commercial motion. The successful candidate will work directly with founders and customers to define the sales motion and value delivery, building the GTM function around a new category of software and inventing the playbook.
Our client is an agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software. Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. However, turning a good idea into a production system still requires coordination across data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.
The platform makes that layer practical, giving power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs. The company already has thousands of power users across several T1 companies and has grown rapidly since launching six months ago. The team is lean, deeply technical, and moving quickly to build infrastructure for agent-built software.
The successful candidate will turn existing customer pull into a commercial motion that repeats. They will understand what customers are trying to build, help them get value quickly, and teach the company what should become product, process, and positioning.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a playbook. The successful candidate will build it. Pricing, onboarding, qualification, pilots, and time-to-value will all evolve as the company learns.
