Coperniq Inc. is hiring a Founding GTM to build a new sales organization for roofing contractors. This remote US role blends AI-assisted prospecting with hands-on pipeline generation, discovery, and eventual end-to-end deal ownership.

You'll work closely with the founders to refine product-market fit, scale pipeline, and shape the sales process while earning equity and a strong OTE. SaaS experience is a plus, but the opportunity rewards initiative and rapid learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find and engage roofing contractors through calls, email, LinkedIn, and AI-powered outbound.
• Generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with decision-makers.
• Join founders on discovery calls, demos, and deal negotiations.
• Learn how roofing businesses operate and bring customer feedback into product development.
• Experiment with messaging, prospecting strategies, and AI agents.
• Gradually take ownership of deals from first contact through close.
