Coperniq is hiring its Founding GTM to win the roofing market. You’ll work remotely in the United States, collaborating with the founders to design and execute a repeatable sales motion leveraging AI agents.
You’ll generate pipeline, participate in discovery calls, demos, and negotiations, and gradually own deals end-to-end while shaping product-market fit and the go-to-market strategy in a fast-growing AI-native platform.

Coperniq is an AI-native operating platform for contractors. We combine sales, project management, field service, payments, and AI agents into one system.
We're backed by Y Combinator and Initialized Capital and work with contractors across the U.S.
We're a small team building a big company.
We're hiring a Founding GTM to help us win the roofing market.
This isn't a traditional BDR or Account Executive role. We believe AI agents will eventually eliminate the need to split sales into prospecting and closing roles. One great salesperson, equipped with AI agents, should be able to do both.
We're building that sales organization now.
Initially, you'll focus on generating pipeline and working alongside the founders to refine our product-market fit in roofing. The founders will handle most of the closing while you learn the product, customers, and sales process.
As we develop a repeatable sales motion, you'll take over the full sales cycle and close your own deals.
You’ll also help us build the AI agents and playbooks that make this possible.
Work alongside the founders to find customers, generate opportunities, and sharpen our sales motion.
Target: $350K in sales-accepted pipeline per month. Commission is based primarily on qualified pipeline generated.
Once you've learned the product and demonstrated you can sell, you'll begin owning deals end-to-end.
Target: $1M in new ARR per year (~$85K/month). Commission shifts primarily to closed-won revenue.
The transition is based on performance and readiness, not a fixed timeline.
