We're hiring for our first growth hire - someone who can define how our company gets discovered, understood, and loved.
We're hiring for our first growth hire - someone who can define how our company gets discovered, understood, and loved. This isn't a traditional growth role. You won't be managing acquisition channels or optimizing dashboards. Instead, you'll build the foundation for how we tell our story, reach customers, and create momentum around the product. You'll work directly with the founders to shape our brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up. Your scope will span product marketing, content, launches, community, experimentation, and the systems that help us scale. We're looking for someone who understands why people pay attention, why products spread, and how the best product-led companies earn trust over time. You have exceptional taste, a strong instinct for what resonates, and the ability to turn product launches, customer stories, and insights into content that people genuinely want to share. This is an opportunity to own growth from day one, build the playbook from scratch, and have a defining impact on the trajectory of the company.
Because you'll have an outsized impact. You'll be one of our earliest hires, work directly with the founders, and help define how the company grows. You'll have real ownership, meaningful equity, and the freedom to build something from scratch. If you're excited by blank canvases, fast feedback loops, and building a company people genuinely love, we'd love to talk.
