Deepline is seeking a Founding GTM Engineer in New York City to join a small senior team. You will build the Context Management API, design semantic data access patterns, and evolve data models that power AI-driven GTM workflows.

This early-stage role offers competitive compensation and equity, with close collaboration with founders and customers in NYC to shape product direction and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production systems.
• Experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases, LLMs or knowledge graphs.
• Production ML experience: monitoring, versioning, evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with semantic layers (dbt), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), enterprise data systems.

Responsibilities

• Build the Context Management API to maintain structured context across workflows.
• Design semantic data access patterns to replace SQL for AI agents.
• Develop self-healing data models with automatic context repair.
• Create a semantic modeling infrastructure translating business questions into verifiable queries.
