New York City | In person | Full time
Deepline is hiring a Founding Customer Success Engineer to help customers get meaningful value from Deepline.
Your job is to make our company continue to feel unusually high-touch and customer facing, as we scale, by building the automation, tools, and operating systems that handle everything a person should not have to do manually.
Deepline is the agent-first platform for teams to build bespoke GTM software.
Agents are making it possible for anyone to build custom software around how a company sells. But turning a good idea into a production system still requires a fragmented stack of data providers, internal and external data, APIs, permissions, integrations, monitoring, and operational infrastructure.
Deepline makes that layer practical. We give power users and agents the primitives to build and run the exact systems their company needs.
We\'re already used by thousands of power users at several T1 companies and have grown extremely quickly since we launched in the last six months. We are a lean, deeply technical team moving quickly to build the infrastructure for agent-built software.
Software has never been built solely for agents. Come help shape what that looks like.
This is not a traditional support role. You will be the technical partner who helps customers get from a promising idea to a system they trust and rely on. You will go deep on their data, tools, workflows, and goals, guide implementation, solve problems when they emerge, and make sure the product is producing real outcomes.
You will also be close to the company’s most important product feedback. The patterns you find across customer deployments should become AI automations, product capabilities, and documentation that make the next customer successful faster.
