Qualifications

• 4+ years building and operating production backend systems.
• Strong in Python, TypeScript/Node, SQL and relational data models.
• Experience designing APIs and integrating third-party systems at scale.
• Good judgment on when to ship, simplify, or rebuild.

Responsibilities

• Build core APIs and services powering Deepline's data workflows.
• Integrate with CRMs, enrichment providers, sequencing tools, and warehouses.
• Design durable data models with identity resolution and auditability.
• Improve reliability through observability, monitoring, and runbooks.
• Shape platform architecture for safe extensions by engineers and agents.
• Turn production feedback into platform improvements.
