Job summary

Chamelio is building the AI native operating system for in house legal teams. We are growing quickly and looking for a Founding GTM Engineer to build the technical infrastructure behind our go to market engine.

This is a hands on role for someone who has already built GTM systems, automations, and AI workflows and now wants to own the entire stack from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, build, and deploy scalable GTM solutions across CRM, outbound, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering or similar
• Proven production workflows using the listed tools
• Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON and databases
• Ability to code in Python and/or JavaScript and build custom solutions
• Experience with LLM APIs and AI/workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Build and own GTM stack across multiple tools
• Design architecture connecting CRM, enrichment, outbound and internal systems
• Create automated prospecting, enrichment, scoring and routing workflows
• Develop outbound infrastructure (email, LinkedIn) including deliverability and routing
• Own lead scoring, lifecycle stages, attribution, CRM hygiene and dashboards
• Identify repetitive work and replace with software and automation
