Job summary

Hearth is the AI growth system for local home-improvement contractors. You’ll be the first GTM engineering hire, building the engines that generate revenue, from routing and scoring to AI-driven outreach.

You identify the levers, ship fast, and prove impact with concrete numbers rather than vague improvements. You’ll co-own key success metrics with the Director and VP peers in Sales and Marketing, and you’ll rebuild the baseline to define what an AI-native go-to-market looks like.

Responsibilities

• Move the numbers and build what moves them (routing changes, scoring layers, or AI agents).
• Scale inbound conversion and expand outbound, marketing automation, and measurement models.
• Co-own revenue and headcount metrics with Sales and Marketing leaders; rebuild the baseline GTM.
