Job summary

Nectar in Palo Alto, CA is hiring our first GTM Engineer to build the internal tools our sales and marketing teams rely on and to design an outbound motion from scratch. You’ll shape what 'personalized' outbound means, anchored in real signals and data unique to Nectar.

You’ll own end-to-end systems, run experiments, and provide measurable improvements. This role demands strong ownership, AI-native tooling, and a hands-on, data-driven mindset to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Shipped internal tools used daily with proof of work.
• Experience running outbound or growth experiments and showing impact.
• Strong ownership, low ego and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end internal tools (front end, data, integrations, LLM pipelines) and drive adoption.
• Define outbound plays, signals, and guardrails, enabling a founder-level email craft.
• Develop Nectar-based data signals to power outbound that competitors cannot copy.
• Hypothesize, build, measure, and scale growth experiments with robust metrics.
