Job summary

Speechify SIMBA is hiring our first GTM Engineer to build the outbound engine, enrichment pipelines, and CRM architecture that powers our growth motion. You’ll own the tech stack from lead sourcing to sequencing and personalized outreach at scale.

You’ll deploy AI agents for research and automated messaging, instrument top-of-funnel metrics, and keep data clean across integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
• Built outbound systems from scratch: enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound infrastructure and workflows at scale.
• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end (CRM, enrichment, sequencing) and data glue between systems.
• Deploy AI-enabled prospect research and personalized outreach workflows.
