Job summary

Evergrid AI, Inc. is hiring to design and build go-to-market systems that win mindshare and grow top of funnel.

You will own modern GTM systems, sales engineering workflows, and AI-driven automation across HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, and internal tools.

This full-time role offers hybrid or remote work in the United States, with opportunities to test ideas quickly, iterate on results, and collaborate with founders, sales, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Strong systems thinking with a bias toward experiments and execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning.
• Experience with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Make.com, Zapier, or APIs.
• Heavy use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini) to speed up ideation and execution.
• Technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• High ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and build go-to-market systems and workflows.
• Automate workflows across HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, and internal tools.
• Prototype new outbound, inbound, and qualification workflows.
• Replace manual sales work with automation and AI-driven processes.
• Run fast tests of GTM ideas and scale the successful ones.
• Use AI models as building blocks in workflows.
• Create prospect research, personalization, and follow-up workflows.
